After a career working internationally as a
photojournalist, William set up The Latent Image. Since the founding of TLI in 2016, the company has continued to grow as a centre of excellence; devoted to sourcing the very finest equipment and to teaching the history, theory and practice of photography.
Josh George

Driven by a passion for photography, Josh George joined TLI after a career in graphic design. He keeps a close watch across all aspects of TLI's online and market presence and remains a devoted photographer.
Matthew Whiteman
Creative Director
Matthew Whiteman has a long career as a photographer and film maker. At TLI he writes regularly for our news and blog sections and leads our educational and training initiatives

Sophie divides her time between The Latent Image and working as both a documentary and commercial photographer; capturing compelling images of life across the whole stratum of British society.
